I have fallen off the wagon again. Another false start with my diet exercise program. Sure I could chalk up a zillion reasons why I skipped the gym even on my days off or elected to eat wings, pizza, and drink Coke. Reasons are thinly veiled excuses shopped up as justifications. So. The only thing I can do is pick myself up.. Dust the guilt off.. Go back to the gym. Stop eating crappy food. Leave my Sugar Devil Coke alone. So, I'm taking it one day at a time. No pressure.
